Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on press-on nails or other beauty items once the packaging has been opened or tampered with.
This policy ensures the safety and cleanliness of our products for all customers.
✔Exceptions – Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to offer a replacement or refund in such cases.

❌Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Used or opened items
- Custom or made-to-order designs
- Sale items or gift cards
3. Cancellation Policy
❌ Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After this window, your order may already be in processing or dispatch and cannot be changed or cancelled.
