Return & Refund Policy

 Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on press-on nails or other beauty items once the packaging has been opened or tampered with.

This policy ensures the safety and cleanliness of our products for all customers.

 

Exceptions – Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to offer a replacement or refund in such cases.

  • A clear photo of the faulty or damaged item
  • A description of the issue

 

We will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or opened items
  • Custom or made-to-order designs
  • Sale items or gift cards

 

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After this window, your order may already be in processing or dispatch and cannot be changed or cancelled.
